These terms apply to your use of roashelm.com and the Roashelm advertising management service. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Roashelm helps you create ad creative, launch and manage campaigns on advertising platforms you connect, and report results. The service is in early access, so features may change, and we may limit the number of accounts we serve.

Your accounts and authority

You keep ownership of your advertising accounts, pages, pixels, catalogs and billing. You confirm that you are authorized to grant us access to the accounts and stores you connect, and you can revoke that access at any time.

Approvals and limits

New campaigns are created paused and go live only after you approve them. Budget caps and change limits that you set are applied before any change is sent. You are responsible for the budgets you approve and for the charges an advertising platform bills to your account.

Your content and platform rules

You are responsible for your products, landing pages and any material you supply, and for making sure your ads comply with the law and with each platform's advertising policies. We will not create ads that hide the real destination from reviewers, make claims we cannot trace to your own pages, or include fabricated reviews or endorsements, and we may decline or pause work that would breach these rules.

Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before any paid work starts. Advertising spend is billed to you directly by each platform.

No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular level of sales, return or cost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend the service if it is being used in breach of these terms or of a platform's policies.
